With a Master’s degree in Design and Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Branding, both from the prestigious IADE in Portugal, Tati Daré has over a decade of experience in the communication industry and five years in the legal sector. Leading all branding projects for our clients, she directs Leal, bringing with her a rich and diverse international career marked by a constant pursuit of excellence and innovation.

Graduated in Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and holding a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from Insper, Erik is a specialist in communication and marketing for the legal sector.

With 20 years of experience, he has a strong track record in developing marketing strategies for highly prominent law firms in Brazil. Currently, he serves as the Rankings Manager at Leal, where he is responsible for client relations management and the development of strategies focused on submitting law firms and professionals to the leading legal rankings and directories in the market.

Graduated in Journalism from ECA-USP and in Law from FDUSP, he holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from USP-ESALQ. He has been working in communication for over 15 years. He spent eight years in the newsroom of Folha de S.Paulo, specializing in infographics, editorial planning, and managing the newspaper’s image department (art and photography) for both print and online editions. More recently, he coordinated the communication efforts of Manesco, Ramires, Perez, Azevedo Marques Sociedade de Advogados, a law firm specializing in Public Law.

At Leal, Lucas is the Communication and Marketing Manager, leading teams responsible for outsourcing legal marketing departments, including strategic planning, client relations, and rankings management. Additionally, he is one of the leaders of Leal’s Press Advisory division, working directly to build visibility and credibility for law firms through specialized legal media and major news outlets.

Amanda holds a degree in Publicity & Advertising from Mackenzie, a master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School in Norway and experience in legal marketing through a law firm. At Leal, she handles client relationships and general marketing advice.

Graduated in Radio, TV, and Internet from Anhembi Morumbi, Enrico has experience in audiovisual production, video editing, copywriting, and scriptwriting, as well as managing social media and advertising campaigns. At Leal, he contributes to legal marketing consultancy by creating content and advertising materials for various platforms, assisting in the production of institutional materials, and supporting the completion of forms for legal rankings.

Fernanda holds a degree in Graphic Design with experience in Visual Identity and Trade Marketing. Fernanda used to contribute to the marketing area in companies and agencies. At Leal, she handles client relationships and general marketing advice.

Gerson holds a degree in Publicity & Advertising with an emphasis on Marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Gerson has expertise in legal marketing, content creation and digital marketing. He is a part of Leal’s team, responsible for submissions to international rankings and publications. He has taken courses as Instagram Ads, Adwords certification and inbound marketing. At Leal, He handles client relationships and general marketing advice.

Graduated in Journalism from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, currently pursuing a degree in Law at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU, and a postgraduate degree in Marketing at ESALQ/USP. With over 10 years of experience in communication, 5 of which are focused on legal marketing and Legal Design, she has built a solid career in large organizations.

She worked as a text and video editor at Editora Globo, managed institutional and strategic communication at Manesco Advogados, one of the largest Public Law and Telecommunications law firms in the country, and served as a communication consultant at IBRAC – Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Affairs, and International Trade. At Leal, she leads a multidisciplinary team, developing integrated strategies for institutional communication, social media management, content production, and legal marketing planning for law firms.

Graduated in Public Relations from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and holding a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, she has over 12 years of experience in legal marketing. Throughout her career, she has worked in both marketing and administrative roles at law firms, gaining expertise in communication strategies and planning.

At Leal, she focuses on client relations and generalist marketing consultancy, while also contributing to the coordination of a multidisciplinary team. Her work includes social media management and strategic legal marketing planning for law firms.

Graduated in Journalism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, she has extensive experience in legal marketing. She spent three years on the marketing team at KLA Advogados, developing communication strategies, managing ranking submissions, and contributing to brand strengthening through integrated marketing actions. At Leal, she works with ranking submissions, liaises with legal directories, and develops strategic marketing initiatives for clients.

Graduated in Law from the São Bernardo do Campo Law School and a practicing lawyer, Monize is also pursuing a degree in Marketing at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. With large experience in the legal field and marketing agencies, she works at Leal as a legal marketing generalist and is responsible for client relations.

Graduated in Journalism from Centro Universitário FIAM-FAAM, with additional courses in creative writing and photography, Rabech has experience in content creation for social media. At Leal, she works in generalist marketing consultancy, handling various demands related to content creation, advertising materials, and the development of marketing strategies.
